At the centre of every noisenight is a 60-80 minute classical set. We platform international soloists and ensembles while also giving opportunities to outstanding new artists. All noisenights take place in gig venues where you get to experience classical music up close.
Live music needs your backing more than ever. Backing a noisenight means getting tickets to hear the world's best performers in grassroots venues and being part of a community working for a positive future for live music. To put it simply, you giving your backing will make this gig happen and secure you a ticket.
After a noisenight reaches its funding target, we e-mail all backers to confirm that it’s going ahead and a small amount of extra tickets will be made available. Tickets are released in four stages, which increase in price the closer to the event they're purchased. Book early to get the best price.
Please note that all tickets to this noisenight are standing by default. If you have specific access requirements please get in touch prior to purchasing your ticket here. Due to the venue's license, this event is strictly 8+.
aurora orchestra
A fully immersive performance entirely from memory, this is a chance to hear one of classical music’s greatest masterpieces in an exhilarating new way. Freed from music stands and scores, Aurora’s memorised performances have an extraordinary spontaneity and charge to them, drawing you closer to the music. You’re not simply listening from a distance – you’re part of the performance, experiencing the music from within the orchestra itself.
The music lives and breathes through the musicians, and will be introduced by Aurora’s Principal Conductor Nicholas Collon, who will offer personal insights and walk you through the symphony’s story as it unfolds. The result is an experience that feels closer to a gig: dynamic, intimate, conversational, and alive in the moment.
This concert was due to take place at another Bristol venue, but has moved to St George’s Bristol due to unforeseen circumstances. All affected ticketholders have been contacted directly, and all original event tickets remain valid at St George’s Bristol.
